GreenStream offers specialized recruitment services within the marine and maritime sectors, with a focus on sustainability and decarbonisation. We connect clients with skilled professionals and offer career opportunities to candidates. The scope of services includes:

• Candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Advisory services related to hiring, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Market insights and industry trends for sustainability and decarbonisation in maritime sectors.

3. Legal Compliance

GreenStream operates in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law and the NSW Fair Trading Act 1987. We ensure that all services offered are conducted transparently and ethically, providing fair dealings to both clients and candidates. Both clients and candidates are entitled to fair treatment under these laws, and we maintain rigorous standards to meet those obligations.

4. Fees and Payments

Clients engaging GreenStream’s recruitment services agree to pay the fees as outlined in the specific agreement or proposal. All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Fees for permanent placements are typically contingent upon the successful placement of a candidate and will be invoiced upon the candidate’s commencement of employment.

• Any unpaid invoices after the due date may incur penalties as specified in the agreement.
• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered unless explicitly agreed upon, in line with consumer protection laws.

5. Candidate Representation

GreenStream is committed to treating all candidates fairly and with respect. By submitting an application or resume to GreenStream, candidates authorize us to represent them to potential employers for job opportunities.

• GreenStream does not guarantee placement or employment for any candidate.
• Candidates must ensure that all information provided (e.g., resumes, certifications) is accurate and truthful. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from current or future job opportunities.

6. Client Obligations

Clients engaging with GreenStream are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about job roles, qualifications, and company requirements.
• Act in accordance with applicable employment laws, including non-discrimination policies.
• Treat all candidates sourced through GreenStream fairly and in accordance with employment laws.
• Notify GreenStream immediately of any placements made as a result of our services and pay the corresponding fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

While GreenStream makes every effort to provide high-quality recruitment services, we do not warrant the success of placements or guarantee the suitability of any candidate for a particular role. GreenStream will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of both our clients and candidates. Any personal or business information shared with us is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law. 9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the GreenStream website are owned by or licensed to Flagship Recruitment Pty Ltd. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between GreenStream and a client or candidate, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be achieved, either party may refer the matter to an independent mediator or the relevant legal body, including the NSW Fair Trading office or an appropriate court within New South Wales.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

GreenStream reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of users to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the website and services after any changes will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms must be brought in the courts of New South Wales.
